Ready for its first campusZIRA is a studio in Quetta that designs and builds websites, online stores, custom software and AI agents, and makes them easy to find on Google and in AI answers.
Four disciplines, one small studio. Most projects use two of them: something that works, and the search work that brings people to it.
Hand-written WordPress and WooCommerce themes, 3D product animation, and stores built around how people in Pakistan buy: cash on delivery, WhatsApp, delivery charged by weight.
Web apps, dashboards, portals and APIs for when off-the-shelf tools stop fitting the way your business actually works.
Agents that work on your own systems and documents, with answers grounded in your data, calculations done in code, and a person approving anything that matters.
Technical SEO, structured data and site speed, so Google and AI assistants can find your business, understand it and recommend it.
Al-Maharah sells two single-origin olive oils from Balochistan. We built its store end to end, from 3D product renders to a cash-on-delivery checkout. It went live in October 2026.
Premium olive oil from Loralai and Zhob
A scroll-animated WooCommerce store where a 3D bottle carries the visitor from the first screen into the collection. The phone version was designed as its own sequence, not shrunk from desktop. Underneath: pre-orders, delivery priced by weight, product reviews and full product schema for Google.
An in-house venture: ZIRA's founder is a co-founder of Al-Maharah.
The real 36-frame spin from the store. Drag to turn it.
We publish client work only with permission, and we label unfinished work as unfinished.
A bilingual WhatsApp assistant that answers students in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, checks every AI reply against the society's facts, and hands over to a person when it should.

A security clean-up, a technical SEO rebuild, a Google News sitemap, a restored ePaper archive and a proper author system for an Urdu newspaper in print since 1997.
Nothing gets built before you've seen it, so the expensive work is done once.
A call or a WhatsApp thread about the problem, not the technology. You get an honest view of whether we're the right fit.
A written scope, timeline and fixed price, agreed before any work starts.
Desktop and phone designs, approved by you before we write production code.
Hand-written code, tested at five screen sizes as it grows.
Staging first, then live, with backups, redirects and search indexing in place.
Every page checked as a visitor sees it, with speed and search reporting set up from day one.
Alongside client work, we build products of our own. Each one is described at the stage it's actually at.

Launching 25 October 2026Live since 25 October 2026We publish our prices. A business website starts at PKR 30,000 and an online store at PKR 70,000. The guide explains what moves the price, how our bands compare with what the market advertises, and what isn't worth paying for. The calculator turns your answers into a scope you can send us for a fixed quote.
Yes. We work remotely, in writing by default, with calls scheduled to suit your time zone. Studio hours are Sunday to Thursday, Pakistan time (UTC+5).
Both. Sites and stores are usually a hand-written WordPress or WooCommerce theme with no page builder, so you can edit content easily and the site stays fast. Applications, dashboards and APIs are custom code, typically Python, Flask and PostgreSQL.
No one can honestly guarantee that. What we can do is make your business easy for search engines and AI systems to understand and cite: clear service pages, structured data, consistent business details everywhere, and listings on the third-party sites those systems read.
You get a written scope, timeline and fixed price before any work starts. As a guide, a business website is PKR 30,000 to 300,000 and an online store PKR 70,000 to 550,000, depending on design and features. The cost guide has the full bands and a calculator.
