Who we are
ZIRA Technologies is an AI studio based in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. For anything relating to this policy or your information, contact arsalan@getzira.tech.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- Your name and email address (required, so we can reply)
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, organisation, and timeline (all optional)
- The message you write, and which service you selected
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this site. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
The contact form is handled by Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure and are also emailed to us. Netlify processes this data as our service provider under their own privacy terms. Email correspondence that follows is stored in our email account.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where we go on to work together, we keep correspondence and project records for as long as the working relationship requires and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information of yours we hold
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your enquiry and our correspondence
Email arsalan@getzira.tech and we will action it and confirm, normally within thirty days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
Client project data
Where we build software for an organisation, any data belonging to that organisation is governed by the written agreement between us, not by this policy. As a standing principle, we do not scrape data, and we do not use a client's data to build or train anything for another client.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We keep access to enquiry data limited to the people who need it, which at present means the founder. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection available.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and organisations. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
