A small studio in Quetta, where you always know who's doing your work.
ZIRA builds websites, software and AI for businesses in Pakistan and abroad, from a city on a plateau 1,680 metres up.
Arsalan Nasar
Founder and CEO
I started ZIRA to build software and AI carefully rather than quickly. I'm based in Quetta and run the studio while completing a BS in Information Technology at BUITEMS. I work on every project directly.
My experience runs on two separate timelines, and I keep them separate on purpose: technical SEO since February 2023, more than three years, and AI and LLM application development for about one year. Web development runs alongside both: the Al-Maharah store and Vera, a WhatsApp assistant for the BUITEMS IT Society, are the most recent builds.

The standard
- Published claims are true. No superlatives, no client logos we haven't earned, no accuracy or traffic figures we haven't measured.
- Unfinished work is labelled. Products in development say so, everywhere they appear.
- Prices come in writing. A written scope, timeline and fixed price before any work starts.
- You own what you pay for. Your domain, your hosting, your code.
What we don't take on
- Native mobile apps for iOS or Android.
- Large-scale cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
- Training AI models from scratch.
- Projects that need a larger team than the work justifies.
The name
ز-ر-ع
ZIRA comes from the Arabic root ز-ر-ع, the act of sowing or planting. The idea is to plant intelligence at the foundation of the work, rather than bolt it on afterwards.
The eagle in our mark is a bird of high mountains, like the ones that ring Quetta. It stands for the way we like to work: see the whole terrain first, then move with precision.
Describe your problem.
You'll get an honest assessment of whether we're the right fit, from the person who'd do the work.
