BUITEMS Copilot

It's not a GPA calculator with a chatbox bolted on. BUITEMS Copilot is a full conversational agent that navigates the BUITEMS CMS portal itself — logging into the flow a student would normally click through by hand, pulling the right records, and chaining several steps into one reply.

Ask it "what's my aggregate and which subjects pulled it down?" and it retrieves your actual results, computes the arithmetic in real code — never guessed by the language model — and explains the answer in plain language. One message, several steps handled underneath.

In development · built for a specific partner

Lexara

Lexara is being built as a dedicated AI research layer for a specific Pakistani legal-research platform — not a generic tool we license out to any firm that asks. Instead of keyword search, it reads a question the way a lawyer would, in plain language, and finds the case law that actually bears on it.

What sets it apart is that it shows its reasoning: not just a ranked list of judgments, but why each one is relevant, with the matched concepts and passages highlighted. It's still in active development, so we're keeping the interface under wraps until the design is genuinely ready — no mock screenshots, no borrowed accuracy claims.

AI Agents

General-purpose agents for businesses and organisations — software that can take on a defined job end to end, from answering to acting. This is the direction the studio is heading: a lineup you'll be able to commission and deploy for your own workflows.

We're honest about where this stands: we're building the first of these now. As each one is ready, we'll list it here plainly — what it does, what it doesn't, and what it costs. No catalogue of things that don't exist yet.

Is Lexara available for lawyers to use right now?

Not yet. Lexara is in active development, built specifically for one Pakistani legal-research platform. We're not publishing screenshots or accuracy claims until the product and its design are genuinely ready.

Can other universities use BUITEMS Copilot?

No. BUITEMS Copilot was built exclusively for the BUITEMS CMS portal and isn't handed over or resold as-is. If another institution wants something similar, we design and build a separate, dedicated agent for their own systems.

Can I get the exact same system as BUITEMS Copilot or Lexara?

No — both are custom builds made exclusively for their specific partners and are not resold or cloned. If you want an AI agent for your own organisation, we build you your own, from scratch, suited to your own systems and data.

Does ZIRA Technologies build AI agents for companies outside Pakistan?

Yes. ZIRA Technologies is based in Quetta, Pakistan, and builds custom AI agents for organisations in Pakistan as well as remote clients in the USA and Europe.

How does ZIRA Technologies price a custom AI agent?
