The Studio
ZIRA Technologies is an independent AI studio founded by Arsalan Nasar. We design and build AI systems — software that reasons, retrieves, and acts — for problems worth solving properly. We're based in Quetta and work with organisations in Pakistan, and remotely beyond it.
We work close to the ground: real users, real constraints, and software that ships rather than slideware. And we describe our work exactly as it is — no superlatives, no numbers we haven't measured, and nothing listed as a capability until it exists and works. Where something is still in development, this site says so plainly.
ZIRA comes from the Arabic root ز-ر-ع — to sow, to plant. Not the seed, but the act of planting. In every field we enter, intelligence is planted at the foundation rather than bolted on afterwards.
What we build

An academic insight engine that turns a student's existing record into a clear, private report — GPA trends, degree progress, strengths, and where to focus next. Runs entirely inside the institution's own network. No chatbot, no data leaving the building.
In development
AI legal research being built for one Pakistani legal-research platform, starting with inheritance and succession law. Weighted term matching across statute and case law, with synonym expansion that covers Roman Urdu legal vocabulary.
