AI agents that work on your data, not around it.

We build custom agents that answer customers, find things in your documents and handle repetitive work, using your own records, with a person approving anything that matters.

Where we are, plainly. Our first client deployment, Vera, a WhatsApp assistant for the BUITEMS IT Society, goes live on 25 October 2026. Evora is built and ready for its first campus, Lexara is in development, and an order and WhatsApp agent for Al-Maharah is in development. We'll tell you exactly what's proven and what isn't before you commit to anything.

What an agent can take off your plate

The best first agent does one job that eats hours every week and has clear right answers.

WhatsApp assistant for your members or customers

Answers in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, from exact data you manage in a sheet, and passes the conversation to a person when needed. This is Vera, built for the BUITEMS IT Society.

WhatsApp order assistant

Answers product, price and delivery questions and takes orders from your real stock, confirming each order before it's placed. We're building this for Al-Maharah.

Document and policy search

Staff ask a question in plain language, including Roman Urdu, and get the answer with the exact source passage, not a guess.

Reports from your records

Turns data you already hold into a readable report, with every number calculated in code. Evora does this for student academic records.

Workflow automation

Moves information between the tools you use, drafts the routine emails and flags the exceptions for a person to decide.

How we build agents you can trust

  • Grounded answers. The agent answers from your records and shows where an answer came from. If the records don't say, it says so.
  • Arithmetic in code. Prices, totals, scores and dates are calculated by software, never estimated by the language model.
  • A person in the loop. Anything that spends money, sends a message on your behalf or changes a record waits for approval until you decide otherwise.
  • Hardened against manipulation. Input is treated as data, not instructions, and agents are tested against prompt-injection attempts before launch.
  • Your data stays yours. Where it matters, systems run inside your own network with no external AI service, as Evora does.
  • Tested before launch. A set of real questions with known answers, run before every release, so changes don't quietly break things.

From first call to a working agent

You see the agent working on your own data before you pay for the full build.

  1. Map the job

Which questions or tasks, how often, and what a right answer looks like.

  2. Check the data

What records exist, where they live and what needs cleaning first.

  3. Prototype

A working version on a sample of your real data, tested with your team.

  4. Evaluate

A test set of real questions, scored, with failures fixed before launch.

  5. Deploy

On WhatsApp, your website or internal tools, with approvals and logging on.

  6. Improve

Review the conversations, extend what works, and retire what doesn't.

Questions about agents

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model for the job. Recent work uses open models such as LLaMA served through Groq, with LangChain, FAISS and HuggingFace embeddings for retrieval. Where data must not leave your network, the system can run with no external AI service.

Will the agent make things up?

We design agents to answer only from retrieved records, to do arithmetic in code, and to say when they don't know. Every agent is tested against real questions before launch.

Can an AI agent take orders on WhatsApp?

Yes. Vera already answers on WhatsApp for the BUITEMS IT Society, and an order-taking agent is what we're building for Al-Maharah: it answers customers and takes orders from the store's real stock, prices and delivery rules, confirming each order before it's placed.

Have you deployed an assistant for a client?

Our first is going live now: Vera, a WhatsApp assistant for the BUITEMS IT Society, launches on 25 October 2026. Our other AI work is our own products, each described at its real stage on the products page.

What does an agent cost?

It depends on the job, the data and where the agent runs. After a first conversation we send a written scope and fixed price, usually starting with a prototype on your own data.

Which job would you hand to an agent first?

Describe it in a few lines. We'll tell you honestly whether an agent is the right answer, and what it would take.
